Murder of Faith Healer |
|
By T. Stokes The British press and in particular the hard left Daily Guardian, of May 10 2006, ran the story of Gambian national Alfusaine Jabbi, who had other identities as Abdullah Hussein, Dr. Hassan, Mohammed Ali and advertised in the back of women’s magazines as "Mr.Wabib". He lived illegally in Britain and ran multiple parallel lives as a long term conman faith healer, defrauding in the main fellow Muslims out of large monetary sums. In recent months, the Black evangelical churches in Britain have been plagued with a spate of fake Exorcists, Death Predictors, Witch-Thrashings, Tell Your Fortune From a Feel of Your Bum Scammers, Sleep with Me to Rid Yourself of Sin rip-offs, Remove a Curse fakes, and Whip-the-Devil-Out-of-Me-Please artists, and the police found one Rev. Matthew Ashimollo, had £350,000 in his bank accounts from all these scams and fakery. Detective Superintendent Keith Garwood who led the investigation, said the dead man's business card claimed, "No one can beat Mr. Wabib." It went on to say he could solve all problems forever. His advertisements said he was a Guru, Psychic, S haman, Holy-Man and Spiritual Healer, who could remove ghosts, lift curses and break all magic and evil spirits in 48 hours. The detective claimed he believed he was violently murdered in a ritualistic fashion, by someone swindled by the fake psychic. He was found dead with his shoes and socks removed, this means someone with occult knowledge wanted to stop him bodily and spiritually, from moving on to another victim. He paid the price in full. The vulnerable in our society are preyed on by the likes of this man, and the nonsense of phone psychic scams, this makes the work of genuine healers and psychics so much harder. Because I am one of the more high profile of British paranormal lecturers and psychic readers, my postbag is often full of stories of those robbed and humiliated by con-men. Until we have certification for all readers and healers, the advice is: "Buyer Beware" and stay safe with recommended practitioners only. |
