The Arbour House

This is actually an apartment in North little Rock, Arkansas. The apartment house has had several different residents. The last resident was known to be an adult white male that had drug addictions. The apartment complex was built in the late 7o’s. The location of the apartment is not far from the area where Native Americans were held while being transported to the reservation in Oklahoma. This could have some bearing on the paranormal activity reported by the current resident.
