The Fourth Street House

The construction of this house took place in several phases. The first was in the mid 1800’s. The last and most current phase was in the early 1900’s. It is reported to have been owned by a physician named Fletcher. It was used as his home and office. Later, the house was converted into a nursing home where some of the areas housed the medically challenged. The home is currently a private residence and being renovated.

Photos

An antique chair found in the attic mysteriously turned out so dark, we cannot identify the very bright spot on the right side of the picture.

A picture of a mug in which money was kept by the bed on an end table. When investigators in the area heard a loud bump and went to investigate the source, they found the container across the room and thought that it looked out of place. The owners stated that the container had been on the table just prior to our arrival. We could not determine the reason for it being on the floor across the room.
