The building in which the Loony Bin Comedy Club  is housed was built in the mid 1970’s. Before the construction of the commercial building complex, the area was wooded. There were no known deaths in the vicinity of the club until recent history. It was reported that a repairman died in the attic above the Loony Bin. Police reports show that earlier, while the building was called by another name, a patron was shot and killed during an altercation.  

Many reports of spirit activity have been reported in and around the club. Most of the activity has been restricted to the feeling of being watched or knowing that a late night worker was not alone as he or she closed the building. No one has ever really felt threatened by the entity or entities. More than one spirit has been seen roaming the entertainment area while the clean up is in progress.
