Phenomena captured on
film: During this investigation we
found the building to be dirty and filled with construction debris. There was a
lot of mold and mildew and some ceilings collapsing. We always come into an
investigation whether it is a house or a business with an open mind knowing that
spirits are everywhere. We do things a little different than may be expected in
that we bring to bare all tools and disciplines available to the study of the
supernatural.
That being said we cannot
rule out the facts concerning this case. Our scientific approach netted us a
good portion of evidence. The evidence was not in abundance like we had hoped
but still there was some. The evidence gathered was done via still photography,
audio and video. We did run into psychic energy in the building. This energy can
be labeled as residual. More than one investigator said they felt a heavy
feeling in various parts of the building. Some said they did not feel welcome on
the sixth floor.
During this investigation we found some scientific signs of a haunting. We
photographed several orbs of interest. It fit our criteria of being energy orbs.
To be an energy orb they must be very close to round in shape, dense in nature
and show motion.
We also captured A cloud or mist. There were others of similar nature but
they were found to be the investigators breath. This one is not the
investigators breath. We also captured very good electronic voice phenomena on
the sixth floor. It sounded like someone or something knocking to our request
for the spirit to make a noise.
Summation: Due to the fact that investigation was a large hospital, we
did use a large group of investigators. We broke the large group into three
small groups. Each group was assigned a floor with a floor between each group.
They were later cycled to different floors. Each group consisted of four
seasoned investigators. Each group had a team psychic. The team psychics were
John, Christina and Polly. They were inserted into the building at 8 pm. They
were allowed to do their walk through while the others set up equipment. Upon
completion of their psychic evaluation they were extracted to be interviewed
separately. While they were being interviewed the others went around the
building taking pictures and various climatic readings. During the interview all
of the psychics revealed that they felt and sense of dread or heaviness in parts
of the building, particularly the sixth floor.
Conclusion:
Is the Old Memorial Hospital in North little Rock, Arkansas haunted? We have a
grading system that helps us to answer such questions. We graded the evidence as
follows; scientific evidence is photos, video, EMF readings, Temperature
readings and EVP. On a scale of 0 – 50 we gave the scientific evidence gathered
a 35. The evidence was there and was fairly strong. Sensory evidence is that of
the human five senses and on a scale of 0 – 25 we gave the sensory evidence a
10. The extra sensory evidence is the feelings of the psychic and sensitive. On
a scale of 0 – 25 we gave the extra sensory evidence a 10. The three psychics
had very similar mental images as they went through the building. The extra
sensory evidence was not very strong but none the less it was there. The grand
total for this project is 55. The grading system of all evidence gathered
tells us that there is some sort of paranormal activity happening in the dark
recesses of the North Little Rock Old Memorial Hospital.
