Phenomena captured on film: Some orbs
were captured on all of the types on media used to gather evidence. Some of the
orbs were interesting in that they were showing motion. For an orb to be noticed
my SPIRIT Seekers it has to pass three tests. It has to be round, it has to show
movement and it has to be dense and appear to emit a light of its own. By
meeting these three points it is thought to have intelligence. We did find at
least four orbs meeting this criterion. The attempt at gathering EVP was not
successful.
Summation: I
started working on the Pine Bluff haunting in September of 2005. SPIRIT Seekers
had recently been featured on the show "Did You Know?" hosted by Ernie Paulson.
Ms. C had called the shows number and got our number so she could call us. Once
she made contact she stated that she had had things come up missing only to
reappear days later in another location. I decided to visit her to decide if her
complaints had any validity to them. While I was talking to her she revealed
that she had also seen what looked like a ball of smoke moving about the house.
She also told me that she felt that it was her deceased husband that was in the
house and that he was waking her at night by shaking the bed or sometimes by
sitting on the bed. Ms C said that sometimes he would tickle or burn her feet. I
decided that there was enough possible activity in the house to bring a small
team back to look into her stories.
On the second
trip back to Pine Bluff I took the team medium Violet, the team psychic Angie
and Robin. The four us went back to her house in October of 2005. When we got to
the house Ms C had invited her entire family to come over and watch us. I guess
they were there for her support. Angie and Violet started moving about the house
while Robin and I interviewed the family. Angie and Violet managed to pick up on
two spirits in the house. When they made contact they were both in the master
bedroom. One of the spirits was a very angry man, a veteran and wanted us out of
the house. The other spirit was a shy reclusive man and he stayed in the
background and stayed quiet. Because of the amount of people in the house we
were not able to conduct an investigation. If we had gotten any evidence other
than extrasensory it would have been tainted by the noise in the house and
unusable. Ms C asked us if we could provide a cleansing for her house that
evening. Angie and Violet did the best they could considering all of the
interference. We were told a few weeks later that the unwanted activity had
stopped and that the house was calm.
A few months
later Ms C asked us to come back. She said that she felt like we had helped
lessen the amount of activity in her house but that something was still
lingering in the master bedroom keeping her awake at night. I decided to send a
completely different team to the house in an attempt to get a different
perspective on the spirit activity. On the third trip to Ms C's house I sent
Investigators Larry, Melisa, Susan and Elizabeth. This time I was hoping that
the team would collect some scientific evidence of a haunting. Their reports
were not what I had expected. They all reported that she was still having
trouble sleeping and wanted what ever was bothering her to go away. We had all
talked to her about the condition of her legs. In previous visits we had noticed
that she had some swelling in the lower part of her legs. We all felt that the
tickling or burning that she was experiencing could be caused by poor
circulation. She told us that the swelling was not causing the activity that she
was experiencing.
On the fourth and
last trip to Pine Bluff or so I thought, I took Investigators Melisa, John and
Elizabeth. I was back in Pine Bluff to do a house cleansing for one more time.
We went to Ms C's house, as the times before, to move an unwanted spirit from
her house. At the end of this visit we all felt like we were being used. We had
never gotten any physical evidence at her house that a ghost was in there. The
psychics had made contact on the first visit but on return trips they told me
the house was clean. We began to believe that maybe Ms C liked the company and
had some medical problems that needed to be addressed.
On December 10,
2006, several months after the last visit and one and a half years after the
first visit, I decided to go back one more time but this time we were going to
do an all out investigation. lt would be the fifth and hopefully the last visit
to this house. I told Ms C that we would be coming to her small house with all
of our equipment and that we would more than likely be there most of the night.
I wanted a conclusive answer as to whether the house is haunted or not. This
time I took Investigators Steve, John, May, Toby, Trudy and Melisa. There were
seven of us on this investigation and each one had a specific reason for being
invited. Steve and John were there to conduct scientific studies. Trudy and Toby
were there to evaluate Ms C, they are medical professionals. Melisa acted as the
team psychic on this trip. May helped with set up and I was there to observe.
The night started at 7:30 pm. We met at the house and Steve made assignments. It
took a long while to set up the equipment but we were ready to go lights out by
9 pm. We ran test with every piece of equipment that we brought. After we had
run a full test in every room we ran it again. The investigation ended at 2 am.
Conclusion: Haunted or not? Over the
past 18 months SPIRIT Seekers has made five trips to this
Pine Bluff home with thirteen
different investigators. We have collected hundreds of pictures, hours of video
and lots of audio. We have all worked on the review process and worried over
this case because Ms C really feels that there is a ghost tormenting her after
she goes to sleep. She admits that the sightings and the bad feelings have been
gone since the first cleansing but that something is still waking her at night.
We graded it as follows; Scientific evidence on a scale of 0 – 50 we gave it a
20, Sensory evidence on a scale of 0 – 25 we gave it a 5 and extra
sensory evidence on a scale of 0 – 25 we gave it a 20 for a grand
total of 45. Because of the lack of physical evidence and the lack of
spiritual evidence we all honestly believe that this house is NOT
haunted. We believe it was haunted but that the first cleansing took care of the
unwanted spirits.
