Prairie Grove

The Prairie Grove Battlefield is located in the Boston Mountains of Northwest Arkansas. Prairie Grove Battlefield is recognized nationally as one of America's most intact Civil War battlefields. 

The Battle of Prairie Grove was fought on December 7, 1862, between Confederate General T. C. Hindman's Army of the Trans-Mississippi and the Union General James Blunt's Army of the Frontier. It was the first and last major Civil War battle to be fought in Northwest Arkansas. The Confederate defeat here paved the way for control of the region by the Federal Army. When the two armies clashed the resulting casualties was 2,700. Heavy fighting took place around the Borden House. As the day ended the orchard behind the house became the field hospital where many more brave soldiers met their fate at the hands of a well meaning surgeon.

Beck drew more of an audience than expected while sharing his encounters with the paranormal. Notice the orb in motion to the upper left.
In the upper center there is an orb in motion. This orb appears in the same room as the light did in the darkened window in the picture above.	Troops share their ghostly stories. They too draw a few unseen visitors.
The tail of an orb can be seen in the upper left corner of this picture.	As we were leaving the investigation, Angie took one more final shot in the direction of the orchard and captured this orb following us to the car.
