This building was built in the early 1900ís, and was called 'Jakes Place' in the beginning. It was a pool hall, bar and sandwich shop all rolled into one. It stayed that way for many years until it was divided into two shops in which The Smackover Journal was established. The other half of the place was turned into a hair salon.

Store front.

Glitter at the front of the store. Could be a reflection or it could be a spirit manifesting.
Pic by BM

This picture was taken as the team was leaving the building. No one was behind the investigator, and there is nothing to cause such an anomaly. Could be the spirit saying, "Good night".

Orb in motion - usually indicates spirit activity.

Video

In this video, the building was empty but still we picked up the sound of something being dragged across the floor.
