Smackover Private Residence

This house was moved from the oil fields outside of town to its current location in 1932. The current owner does not know if there have been any deaths in or around the house but does know that the front door did belong to an old plantation home that has long since been torn down. The front door has bullet holes in it that are reported to have been put there in the War Between the States. The house was added onto in 1952 to make room for a bigger family and to add modern facilities.

This room was added to the house in 1952. Notice the orb on the blue bed. Interesting, in that there are some that say a person cannot take a picture of an orb in the light. The voice was recorded in the back bedroom.
We believe it says, "Don’t go to sleep."

This EVP was recorded in the back bedroom also.
If you listen closely you can hear a sigh before the investigator asks for a name.
Then you can hear a baby crying.

In this recording the investigator is talking about a choking sensation she has had while in the back bedroom; and is wondering if the spirit may have had the same feeling.
Once again she has recorded what sounds like a baby crying.
