Phenomena captured on film: During this investigation we found very
few scientific signs of a haunting. Very clean house. We photographed some orbs
of interest. A total of two orbs were captured that fit our criteria of being
energy orbs. To be an energy orb they must be very close to round in shape,
dense in nature and show motion.
We also captured two unidentified items in digital photos. One is that of a
bright light on the right side of the picture that could be a spirit manifesting
but we were not able to explain the photo or identify it as a spirit
manifestation. We also captured a fast moving object in the lower right corner
of a photo. The item was out of focus while everything else was in focus but
again we could not identify the object in any way. We also captured several very
good electronic voice phenomena in different locations of the house.
Summation: Due to the fact that investigation was a private residence
and the house was not very large, we used a small group of investigators. A
group of four seasoned investigators and one trainee was used on this
investigation. The team psychic (May) was inserted in to the house at 7 pm with
a spirit sensitive Christina). They were allowed to do their walk through while
the others set up equipment. Upon completion of their psychic evaluation they
were extracted to be interviewed. It was fortunate that while conducting the
interviews a third spirit sensitive was revealed. Investigator Polly was able to
pick up similar mental observations while she walked the house and area. While
they were being interviewed the others went around the house taking pictures and
various climatic readings. During the interview of the team psychic and
sensitive, a feeling of sadness was expressed. They said that there was a spirit
that came and went freely in the house. It took the form of a woman. They also
felt the presence of a young boy but neither of the spirits was in the house
while they walked through. All three agreed that water was a key element in this
haunting. During the interview of the owner he explained that he had seen the
ghost many times and felt it was a young boy. He also explained that each time
the spirit was seen it left a puddle or puddles of water. Investigator Polly
revealed that while she was in the boat house she was lead to understand that
the spirit of one of the two that frequent the house was drowned in the lake by
the house.
Conclusion:
Is the house in east Saline County, Arkansas haunted? We have a grading system
that helps us to answer such questions. We graded the evidence as follows;
scientific evidence is photos, video, EMF readings, Temperature readings and EVP.
On a scale of 0 – 50 we gave the scientific evidence gathered a 25. The evidence
was there but wasn’t very strong. Sensory evidence is that of the human five
senses and on a scale of 0 – 25 we gave the sensory evidence a 10. The extra
sensory evidence is the feelings of the psychic and sensitive. On a scale of 0 –
25 we gave the extra sensory evidence a 25. The three spirit sensatives had very
similar mental images as they went through the house. The grand total for this
project is 60. The grading system of all evidence gathered tells us that there
is some sort of paranormal activity happening in the dark recesses of the home
in East Saline County. As we were about to leave the
owner mentioned that his neighbors were having the same things happening in
there homes. Perhaps the reason that we did not gather very much scientific
evidence is that the two spirits were visiting elsewhere.
